Key Responsibilities: Manage lease and tenancy schedules Lead rent reviews, lease renewals, and regears to maximise asset value Liaise with agents, surveyors, solicitors, contractors, and auctioneers Conduct property inspections and manage maintenance and refurbishments Identify and assess new commercial property acquisitions Handle tenant matters including assignments, licenses, and lease queries Collaborate with accounts on service charge budgets, rent raising, and reconciliations Oversee insurance, health and safety, and compliance matters Review investment performance and support asset repositioning strategies Maintain property databases and prepare detailed client reports Candidate Profile: Essential: Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and
