About the Role:
This is a full-time, long-term position supporting the school''s busy front office. The successful candidate will play a vital role in keeping things running smoothly, ensuring all administrative tasks are carried out efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing reception duties and being the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff

• Maintaining pupil records and attendance using SIMs

• Assisting with admissions, school communications, and general office admin

• Supporting SLT and teaching staff with administrative tasks as needed

What We''re Looking For:

• Previous school office experience is essential

• Proficient in SIMs and other school systems

• Strong attention to detail, excellent organisation, and a positive, team-focused attitude

• Friendly and approachable, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
