About the role You''ll lead the hyh Hub, helping young people aged 16-17 in Hertfordshire access prevention services, alongside our Family Link Work and Mediation teams. You''ll also oversee HRS supported accommodation referrals, waiting lists and allocations for young people aged 16-24, ensuring timely assessments and prioritising those with the greatest need. What you''ll do Manage Advice and Information and Admin Workers through supervision, team meetings, annual reviews and development. Support recruitment, induction and training for staff and volunteers. Manage referrals, case allocation and waiting lists, guiding complex cases and consistent practice. Assess needs and advise young people and families to prevent homelessness and find suitable accommodation where needed. Work with partners, commissioners and colleagues to coordinate support and remove barriers to accessing services.
