The Responsibilities The purpose of this role is to provide financial support to the companies owners, one of which currently focuses on the accounting function of the business. You will have a dotted line to a finance consultant who is office based 1 day per week. On a day-to-day basis you can expect to be responsible for the following; Process weekly payroll for direct and indirect contractors Management of the purchase ledger ensuring that payment runs are organised and supply chain/procurement teams are notified of impending payments Ensure that bank and balance sheet reconciliations are completed within agreed timelines.
