The role will involve providing practical and emotional support to the family of a highly anxious young person who is currently receiving their education through an EOTAS arrangement.This is a relationship-based role where consistency, patience and sensitivity are extremely important. You will help create a supportive environment around the young person while also assisting their family with some of the practical day-to-day demands of home life and education outside of a traditional school setting.The role may involveBuilding a positive, trusting relationship with the young person and their family.Providing practical support to help the family manage day-to-day routines and education-related activities.Supporting the family with general household tasks where needed, such as tidying, organising shared spaces and other light practical duties.Being willing to take a flexible and hands-on approach to supporting the family with everyday tasks that help create a calm and organised home environment.Supporting the young person to engage with ..... full job details .....
