Description

• Provide1st,2nd and3rd line technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network-related issues.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Exchange Online.
• Support Intune, Autopilot and endpoint management solutions.
• Manage user onboarding, offboarding and access requests.
• Maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Escalate and resolve complex technical incidents.
• Assist with IT infrastructure and system improvement projects.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
• Ensure service tickets are updated and resolved within SLAs.

Profile

A successful IT Support Analyst should have:

• Experience in an IT Support Analyst, Support Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Windows environments.
• Exposure to Intune, Autopilot and endpoint management technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of technical issues.
