Consumer Protection Officer Consumer Council for Northern Ireland Salary: £30,458 - £31,097 Location: Belfast Closing date for applications: Monday 16th November at 5pm The role The Consumer Council is recruiting for a Consumer Protection Officer to join our Consumer Protection Team. We''re looking for individuals who are experienced in engaging and supporting consumers by signposting, handling enquiries and undertaking investigations into complaints. If you are passionate about supporting and protecting consumers, while being a part of an impactful consumer facing service, we would love to hear from you. Eligibility criteria You will need proven experience of: Working in a busy complaint-handling role carrying out complaint resolution. Dealing with vulnerable individuals in person and via phone and email. Liaising and building/maintaining positive relationships with external stakeholders. Collecting and communicating information effectively while accurately inputting data onto CRM systems.
