This is a senior fee-earning position combining hands-on immigration casework with supervisory responsibility, client conversion and commercial responsibility. The firm has a strong pipeline of immigration enquiries and is looking for someone who can confidently manage their own caseload while supporting and developing junior members of the department. The Role You will manage a broad range of UK immigration matters, including: Entry clearance and visa applications Work, study, visit and family routes Leave to remain and Indefinite Leave to Remain Sponsor licence applications and compliance Family and private life applications EU Settlement Scheme matters Administrative reviews and appeals Nationality and citizenship applications You will also supervise and support immigration paralegals and caseworkers, review work, allocate files and provide technical guidance and mentoring. A key part of the position will be conducting initial client consultations, developing strong client relationships and converting enquiries into retained, fee-paying clients.
