What Youandrsquo;ll Do:
- Plan andamp; Deliver Lessons: Create engaging, creative lessons that align with the Year 1 curriculum and cater to diverse learning needs.
- Classroom Management: Foster a positive, inclusive classroom where students feel safe and motivated.
- Assess andamp; Track Progress: Regularly assess student performance and adjust teaching strategies to ensure progress.
- Parent Communication: Keep parents informed of their childandrsquo;s development through regular updates and meetings.
- Collaborate with Staff: Work with colleagues to share ideas and resources for a unified teaching approach.
- Safeguarding andamp; Wellbeing: Ensure students'' safety and contribute to a supportive, caring school environment.
