Job Summary To work with the Senior Management Team to promote the values and ethos of Changing Lives Care Group LTD in the management of all aspects of the Children s Home, taking responsibility for the implementation of all young people s placements to support their emotional and mental wellbeing. To take the lead in the development, implementation, monitoring and review of standards across the home, ensuring exceptional levels of care for all young people and ongoing compliance with regulatory frameworks.
