30 hours per week (4 days) - Potential for overtime

2 Office Based/ 2 WFH

9:00am - 5:30pm

Duties include but are not limited too -

Answering queries

• Offer high levels of professionalism and service that support the brand reputation.
• Have a thorough understanding of the online and in-store shopping proposition, including delivery arrangements, returns policy and loyalty scheme, repair offering and gift cards.
• Understand and utilising effectively, all back-end systems that support ecommerce and customer service.
• Understand the basic concepts of footwear manufacture and the nature of footwear complaints.
• Use all communication methods available to answer customer queries regarding both online and in-store shopping, providing responses that are keeping with our tone of voice and our brand values.

Processing transactions

• Process telephone orders
• Process returns and refunds, on occasion a parcel has been lost in transit

General

• Ensure good lines of communication are maintained between Online, other departments, the DC and store teams in addition to external companies
• Make a positive and reliable contribution to the whole Department effort
• Provide support to other teams as required by the Management Team.
• Demonstrate a desire to develop by attending training, workshops and industry events related to the role as required.
