Multi-Skilled PlastererLocation: Stafford and Surrounding AreasHours: 40 per weekPay Rate: 20 per hour (Company Van Supplied)Start Date: ASAP Duration: Approx. 3-6 Months - POSSIBLE TEMP TO PERM About the RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Plasterer to work with a leading Housing Association, carrying out reactive and planned maintenance on domestic social housing properties across Staffordshire.The successful candidate will deliver high-quality repair and maintenance work while providing excellent service to residents. Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out skimming, patch plastering, and general plaster repairs.Undertake basic plumbing and carpentry work as required.Complete touch-up painting and finishing to a professional standard.Work independently and efficiently across multiple occupied and void properties.Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company and health and safety procedures. RequirementsMinimum NVQ Level 2 or City and Guilds in Plastering (time-served tradesmen may be considered).Proven experience in plastering and general maintenance.Experience working within social housing, housing associations, or council properties.Full UK Driving Licence and ability to drive a company van.Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach.
