You will manage your own caseload of private client matters, providing high-quality legal services with a personal touch.Key Responsibilities:Drafting wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney (LPAs)Advising clients on estate planning and inheritance taxHandling the full probate process from initial instruction to estate distributionManaging a varied caseload independently with minimal supervisionLiaising with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties in a professional and empathetic mannerEnsuring compliance with all regulatory and firm policiesRequirements:Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or experienced non-qualified fee earnerMinimum 2 years'' experience in wills and probateStrong technical knowledge of private client lawExcellent communication and client care skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a small teamProficient in case management systems and Microsoft OfficeWhat We Offer:Flexible working days (any 3 days per week)Supportive and close-knit team environmentModern office in a central Hinckley locationOpportunities for continued professional development Office Angels is an employment agency and business.
