Role and Responsibilities: Delivery of both pre and post contract quantity surveying servicesWorking across a wide range of sectors including education, commercial, healthcare and industrialSupporting senior staff with cost management, procurement, and contract administrationPreparing cost plans, tender documents and final accountsLiaising directly with clients and design teams Required Experience and Qualifications: RICS accredited Quantity Surveying degreeFull MRICS or working towards chartershipDemonstrable experience delivering pre and post contract servicesPrevious consultancy experience is essentialProven track record working across both private and public sector project
