A leading Property Consultancy is actively recruiting a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to be based in London. THE COMPANY and POSITIONThe client is a multi-disciplinary consultancy looking to bring in a bright QS who has recently graduated or who has been working in their first role for 12-18 months. The successful candidate will be working in a friendly, fast paced office in a team environment. The role will involve assisting Senior QS s and Directors, carrying out take offs, valuations and producing estimates on larger schemes. In time, this will progress to managing their own small projects.The successful individual will be working on a broad range of sectors including; RetailResidentialMixed UseLife Science WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY The successful applicant will not get pigeonholed into one project / sector.
