Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be exclusively partnered with a global manufacturer in Worksop, who are looking to appoint a Production Manager to lead all manufacturing activity on site. Reporting into the Operations Director, the Production Manager will lead a team of Supervisors, and the planning team, with overall ownership of output, quality, cost and delivery across a high volume, highly automated operation. This is more than hitting the daily numbers. The Production Manager will set the tone for safety, accountability and continuous improvement across the site, push Lean and Six Sigma into how the shop floor actually runs, and have a direct say in automation, NPI and capital equipment projects as the site develops.
