Executive Assistant and Team Lead to Chief Executive and Chair of Trustees

Harris Hill is delighted to be working in partnership with an iconic girls empowerment charity to recruit an exceptional Executive Assistant and Team Lead to Chief Executive and Chair of Trustees. This maternity cover role is offered as a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract with flexibility for hybrid working arrangements. This is a unique and multifaceted role at the heart of one of the UK s best-loved charities. You will provide dedicated executive support to the CEO and Chair, ensuring their time is used effectively and their strategic priorities are advanced. From managing busy diaries and coordinating travel, to drafting reports, briefing documents and high-quality correspondence, you will act as a trusted gatekeeper and critical point of contact both internally and externally. Alongside the executive support function, you will lead and supervise a team of five PAs, supporting senior leadership across the organisation. You will ensure a consistent, professional service is delivered, and you will foster a culture of efficiency and collaboration. The role also includes responsibility for coordinating governance processes and meetings, such as the Executive Leadership Team, where you will manage agendas, papers, minutes and action tracking. The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience working for a senior executive as an EA or PA. You will have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce a wide range of high-quality document
