We are looking for an organised and proactive HR professional to support recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance and day-to-day HR operations across a busy workforce. About You 3-5 years'' UK HR generalist experience. CIPD Level 3 Fluent in English and Hindi; Gujarati, Punjabi or another Indian language would be advantageous. Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR processes. Experience within food manufacturing, FMCG, hospitality, QSR, retail or another fast-paced environment would be advantageous. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Comfortable managing a varied workload and working independently. Confident dealing with employees and managers at all levels. A practical, hands-on approach with a genuine interest in people. Key Responsibilities Manage recruitment and onboarding across a range of operational and office-based roles. Support employee relations including absence, performance, disciplinaries and grievances. Manage HR records, contracts, policies, right-to-work checks and compliance.
