This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting pupils with additional needs in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.The RoleWorking closely with the class teacher and SENCO, you will provide tailored support to pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and reach their full potential.Your Key Responsibilities:Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional learning needs.Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs under the guidance of the class teacher.Support children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language needs, and other learning difficulties.Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation using consistent strategies.Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils to promote engagement and independence.Work collaboratively with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals where appropriate.Help create a safe, inclusive, and ..... full job details .....
