We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Officer to support our team in Huddersfield on a part-time basis.Working closely with managers and colleagues, you will provide practical HR support across the employee lifecycle, help maintain accurate records and contribute to a positive and supportive working environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day HR administration and support to employees and managers.Support recruitment activities, including assisting with onboarding.Prepare and maintain employment documentation, ensuring records are accurate, complete and handled confidentially.Support absence, holiday and employee lifecycle administration.Assist managers with HR processes and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.Help coordinate inductions, training and employee development activities.Maintain HR systems and personnel files, producing reports and information as required.Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.Handle sensitive information with discretion and in line with data protection requirements.Contribute to the review and improvement of HR processes and documentation.About YouWe are ..... full job details .....
