This role is responsible for ensuring that all video content, product walkthroughs, demos and other multimedia used across both applications and internal learning and knowledge platforms are consistently up-to-date. The ideal candidate will have strong media production skills, utilizing no- or low-production value tools to effectively communicate and create and update content efficiently and consistently. WHAT YOU WILL DOEnsure all non-written assets such as video content, walkthroughs and demos are current, accurate and reflective of product updates and internal training needs.Use no- or low- production tools to create, edit and update video and multimedia content.
