Salary: 90,000 - 94,000 + packageLocation: Thames Valley, with regional travel across Oxford, London and the Southern CountiesRole: Building Services Manager Hays are working with a major UK main contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Building Services Manager to support their regional workload across the Thames Valley, Oxford, London and the Southern Counties. This is a senior role within the business and would suit someone who wants more than a single-site position. You will have oversight across a number of projects, supporting schemes from preconstruction and tender stage through to design coordination, procurement, installation, commissioning and final sign-off. The contractor is a well-established, privately owned construction group with a strong reputation for delivering large-scale and technically challenging projects across the UK. Their work covers sectors including commercial, industrial, logistics, education, offices, leisure, defence, student accommodation and mixed-use developments.This is a role for someone who enjoys being involved early, influencing decisions, solving technical issues before they become site problems and working closely with senior operational, commercial and design teams.
