The business continues to grow and is now looking for an experienced Team Leader to oversee its Assembly Technicians at the Crayford facility. Role Description As the Team Leader you will be responsible for supervising a team of 12 Assembly Technicians, ensuring that production targets, quality standards and safety procedures are consistently achieved. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, excellent communication and the ability to motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
