This role forms part of our 15-year partnership with LandQ, focusing on external wall remediation works across numerous blocks as part of the Major Works Improvement Programme. You''ll play a key role in managing commercial resources and supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality outcomes for residents. What will you be responsible for? As a Quantity Surveyor, you''ll be working within the Commercial team, supporting them in maximising planned gross margin and ensuring strong financial performance. Your day to day will include: Managing commercial resources to achieve budgeted profitability on projectsAppointing subcontractors and placing orders for materials and plant within delegated authoritiesMeasuring and valuing work to support invoicing customers and paying suppliersProposing and negotiating contract variations with customers and suppliersBuilding strong relationships with clients, contractors and the supply chain to support successful project delivery What are we looking for?
