This is a unique opportunity to own a product that enables multiple digital teams across web and mobile platforms, helping create consistent customer experiences through reusable components, standards and frameworks. You''ll inherit a well-defined roadmap and strategy. The focus is on driving delivery, increasing adoption across the business, and building strong partnerships with design, engineering and product teams to maximise the value of the Design System. What you''ll be doing Own and drive the Design System product roadmap Manage and prioritise the product backlog Drive adoption of the Design System across multiple teams and business areas Partner closely with Design, Engineering and Product stakeholders Act as an advocate and champion for the Design System across the organisation Establish governance, standards and best practices Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams Define and track success metrics and business outcomes Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve the product Ensure alignment between technology, design and business ..... full job details .....
