First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic visual events business who are looking to recruit a Sales and Marketing Executive on a permanent basis due to growth to cover their Islington branch.Duties and Responsibilities

Market to exhibitors using Mailchimp.Contact prospective clients by email/phone to discuss the AV requirements for their exhibition projects.Create quotations for exhibitors, understanding their objectives and identifying the best solution for their needs.Receive and process orders directly from clients and from the web shop.For some larger events you will go to site to meet clients and assist with coordination of exhibitor orders.Utilise the CRM to provide up to date management information and reports.Supervise the exhibitor sales team.Skills and Qualifications

Demonstrable track record of sales achievement and basic commercial skills.Experience of supervising team members.Experience of working in a fast-paced office team, contributing ideas and knowledge.A keen interest in technology and a willingness to learn about new technology that might enhance our clients experiences.A creative and inquisitive mind with experience using presentation tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.A good level of numeracy and excellent attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Very good IT skills including being competent with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
