• Sell furniture solutions to new and existing clients, providing expert consultancy throughout the sales process.
• Develop detailed furniture specifications that align with client needs and design concepts.
• Present proposals and specifications to clients and design teams.
• Stay up to date with the latest furniture products and trends to offer innovative solutions.
• Manage the full procurement process: from cost plans and quotations to order placement and delivery scheduling.
• Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to secure the best products and pricing.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring all documentation and schedules are accurate and up to date.
• Provide aftercare and account management for repeat and additional orders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies on quality, environment, and health & safety.

• Proven experience in furniture sales, consultancy, or a related field (commercial interiors, fit out, or design & build preferred).
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive, positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding client service.
