Key Responsibilities: Project Cost Management: Prepare, manage, and control budgets for roofing projects. Conduct cost analysis and financial forecasts. Monitor project expenditures and identify variances. Contract Management: Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare and review contract documents. Ensure all contracts are executed according to company policies and legal requirements. Tendering and Estimating: Prepare detailed bills of quantities and pricing documents.
