Job Role: Business Systems and Project ManagerLocation: DaventrySalary: Up to 45,000 per annumMetalis are currently working with a well established manufacturer in Daventry, who are looking for a Business Systems and Project Manager to join their team.Job Duties: Maintain and develop the business management systemsManage all external registration requirements to ensure they are metEnsure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised, and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies and customersIntroduce new systems and procedures where appropriateAssist with setting department objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performanceFirst point of contact for supplier and customer-driven systemsUndertake regular system, product/process, and effectiveness testing audits across all business management systemsContribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on relevant business management systemsEmbed a culture of continuous improvement throughout the companyEnsure corrective actions are undertaken to address non-conformities foundJob Requirements: Good understanding of various business management systemsAerospace/Automotive experienceManufacturing environment experienceGood knowledge of compliance and quality standardsSalary and Shift: Up to 45,000 per annumMonday to Friday, 8am - 4pmIf this role is of interest to you, please apply with your CV!
