Key ResponsibilitiesCreating customer delivery notes from source data for checking and processingScanning delivery notes, logging dispatch dates and distributing documentation to customersMatching delivery notes to customer self-bill invoices and maintaining tracking recordsEntering customer purchase orders and maintaining accurate electronic recordsDaily processing and input of purchase invoices into the accounting systemMatching purchase orders and delivery notes to supplier invoicesGeneral finance and administration filing dutiesAnswering telephone calls and accurately logging enquiriesWelcoming visitors and managing reception responsibilitiesCoordinating visitor and meeting room requirementsManaging office stationery stock and purchase requestsOrganising and replenishing kitchenette suppliesProviding cover and support to other members of the finance team when requiredSkills and Experience RequiredPrevious experience within a finance, accounts administration or administrative support ..... full job details .....
