We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join an established manufacturing business based in North Lanarkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, sales order processing or supply chain administration who enjoys working in a busy operational environment. Working as part of the Customer Service and Supply Chain function, you will play an important role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently from receipt through to delivery. You will work closely with customers and internal Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Logistics teams to help maintain a high level of service. The Role Your responsibilities will include: Processing customer orders accurately, including orders received manually and through EDI systems. Communicating with customers regarding orders, deliveries and general enquiries. Working closely with the Sales team to coordinate customer requirements and order fulfilment. Allocating available stock against customer orders. Supporting the coordination of daily deliveries and despatch schedules. Booking deliveries to external locations and liaising with logistics providers. Preparing export documentation and commercial invoices for international shipments. Producing shipping manifests and pallet labels. Processing GRNs and POD documentation. Supporting sales invoicing and maintaining accurate transactional records.
