Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standardFollow established recipes and maintain presentation guidelinesComplete daily kitchen prep , including chopping, marinating, and portioningMaintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environmentEnsure full compliance with food hygiene and safety regulationsWork closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth serviceMonitor stock levels , assist with ordering and inventory controlSupport and mentor junior kitchen staffContribute ideas to menu development and seasonal specialsWhat Were Looking For
