Key Responsibilities: Support the assembly of prototype and development sports cars. Accurately record data into the build book/log, including torque and serial number details. Maintain strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, identifying process improvements and corrective measures to enhance efficiency. Uphold shop safety initiatives and ensure timely resolution of any issues. Maintain the production standard of general housekeeping duties as required. Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise: Ideally qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in vehicle repair, or HND in Automotive or associated Engineering subject. 3+ years experience in an automotive dealership, motorsport, or OEM environment, ideally within low-volume, high-performance manufacturing.
