We are currently working with a specialist and highly regarded fire and fire engineering consultancy seeking an experienced Fire Surveyor from a building surveying, surveying, fa ade inspection, or passive fire protection background.This position is a Fire Consultant role and offers the opportunity to work on technically challenging fire remediation andfire projects across complex residential, commercial, hotel, healthcare, and education developments throughout the UKThe Role:Deliver technical fire surveying projects across existing and occupied buildings Review construction details, building defects, and fire safety compliance issues within complex buildings Work alongside Fire Engineers on complex fire engineering solutions and building safety strategies Liaise with contractors, developers, housing providers, consultants, and clients regarding remediation solutions and compliance matters Support quality assurance inspections during remediation works and sign-off stages Opportunity to train and develop into Senior surveying and retrospective fire strategy consultancy if desiredDeliver technical and rewarding projects Extensive benefits package available:- Salary depending on experience, circa 50,000 to 75,000 Private healthcare packages including family cover 31 days annual leave Option to purchase an additional 5 days holiday per year Employee bonus scheme Company share scheme Professional memberships fully funded Electric company car scheme CPD and technical development ..... full job details .....
