Key Responsibilities: Account manager and New business Maintain regular contact with assigned client accounts Build strong relationships to improve retention Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities Renew contracts and manage pricing discussions Handle customer queries and resolve issues Track account performance against targets Update CRM systems and sales reports Main Focus Renewals (SIMs, broadband, hosted VoIP) Upsell (higher bandwidth, additional users, cyber add-ons) Reduce churn Primary Goal: Retain customers and increase revenue from existing accounts as well as new business Focus is on retention + account growth,
