Working closely with all area''s of Senior managment, you will help to lead and support a small campus team and a cohort of neurodivergent students aged who are accessing Art, Design, Craft and Creative Futures (our work-related learning offer).Under the direction of the Campus Lead, you will support the day-to-day running of the campus, with a strong focus on safeguarding, wellbeing and holistic student progress. You will help oversee, track and monitor student outcomes, including examination support, while building nurturing and professional relationships with families and external professionals.
