We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join a growing team working within the Social Housing sector.

This is a position offering consistent work, weekly pay, and the opportunity to work with a well-established contractor delivering repairs and maintenance services to occupied properties.

The Role

You will be carrying out a variety of planned and reactive maintenance works within tenanted social housing properties, ensuring all repairs are completed to a high standard and excellent customer service is maintained at all times.

Key Duties

• Patch plastering
• Creating and finishing builders'' openings
• Basic tiling work
• Floorboard repairs and replacements
• Basic brickwork
• Boxing in boilers to a professional finish

Multi Trader Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Multi Trader within social housing or domestic maintenance
• Ability to carry out a range of trade skills to a high standard
• Good customer-facing skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Use your own van or van supplied-
