Working for this business whose Chester Head Office is based in the city centre in a stunning location, the Customer Service and Sales Advisor will communicate regularly with customers, primarily by telephone but also via digital media, handling queries, taking and processing orders whilst upselling and cross selling. Building strong working relationships with customers through a culture of outstanding customer service is at the heart of the role. Responsibilities:- Deal with inbound calls and online messages from customers who want to place orders. Call and maintain a diary of customers to contact each week to obtain their orders, upselling and cross-selling products and advising of promotions/offers. Sell key brands to ensure each of the customers has the best product range available for their business. To drive customer engagement with the online ordering platform and support customers in using it efficiently. Process orders onto an inhouse system, ensuring accuracy to minimise errors and discrepancies.
