Associate Director, Commercial Real Estate Loans, Central LondonUpto 90,000 + bonus and benefits packageThe Associate Director role will involve managing a portfolio of syndicated and bilateral UK and European commercial real estate investment and development loans.Reviewing relevant finance documents prior to loan closing and through the life of the loan.Creating financial models, conditions subsequent, construction milestones and any other significant events, including the provision of borrower reporting, in-line with the relevant finance documents.Liaising with borrowers and their representatives in relation to ensuring reporting and other information required under the relevant finance documents are provided in a timely manner.Coordinating with lenders, borrowers and their respective lawyers in respect to loan redemptions, restructuring, amendments, waivers and other adhoc requests.Processing transfers, setting up waterfalls and reviewing back-office calculations.Liaising with project monitors, borrowers and lenders with regard to drawdowns and calculating lender splits as well as instructing valuations.We are looking for someone who has circa 4 or 5 yrs of CRE loan experience and is confident with using MS Excel.
