We pride ourselves on consistently delivering exceptional food and experiences with a focus on quality, ingredients and seasonal dishes.Your Role as a Head Chef:As Head Chef, you will have full responsibility for kitchen operations and will work closely with senior management to ensure high standards are met across food quality, hygiene, cost control, menu development and team leadership.Key Responsibilities for aHead Chef:

Lead, motivate, and inspire the kitchen brigade with the support of your sous chefDevelop creative, seasonal menus that reflect our brand and clienteleMaintain the highest standards of food preparation and presentationManage stock levels, food cost margins and GP targetsEnsure full compliance with food hygiene and health and safety regulationsRecruit, train, and develop kitchen team membersWhat Were Looking For in aHead Chef:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume, quality-led kitchenStrong leadership skills with a hands-on positive approach and pride in your workPassion for and knowledge of food trends and seasonal cookingExcellent knowledge of kitchen management, costing, and HACCP complianceFood Hygiene Level 3 desirable but not essentialBenefits for our Head Chef
