Are you an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer with strong expertise in Schneider StruxureWare/EcoStruxure? As a Lead BMS Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning, testing, and optimisation of a Schneider-based Building Management System (BMS) on a major construction project. You will act as the technical lead on-site, liaising with contractors, ensuring compliance with specifications, and delivering a fully operational BMS that meets project standards. This contract position is expected to fall outside of IR35, offering an immediate start and a duration of 6-7 months. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end commissioning of a Schneider StruxureWare/EcoStruxure BMS. Conduct pre-commissioning and full commissioning of BMS control panels, field devices, and networked systems. Ensure software and system configurations are optimised for performance and efficiency. Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth integration with mechanical and electrical systems. Work alongside installation teams, project managers, and third-party contractors to deliver a fully functioning system. Represent the client in site meetings, ensuring technical and commissioning requirements are met. Prepare and manage commissioning packs, documentation, and compliance reports.
