Customer Success Manager

Overview
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join a fast-growing EV charging business based in Milton Keynes. You’ll be the key link between clients and the business, ensuring that projects and services run smoothly while delivering an excellent customer experience.What you’ll be doing
Building strong relationships with clients across public charging and commercial EV projectsActing as the main point of contact for accounts, handling queries and resolving issues quicklySupporting onboarding and training for new customersMonitoring service performance and ensuring SLAs are achievedWorking closely with project, service, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutionsWhat we’re looking for
Experience in customer success, account management, or client services (ideally in EV, renewables, or technology)Strong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple accounts and priorities with a customer-first mindsetBased in/around Milton Keynes with some travel flexibilityThis role is ideal for someone passionate about clean energy and technology who wants to play a hands-on part in scaling EV charging across the UK.
