Invoice Administrator
The opportunity:This is a full-time on-site role for an established business in Altrincham. The invoice administrator will handle daily tasks such as preparing, verifying, and processing the invoices accurately and efficiently. Additional responsibilities include, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with internal departments to resolve discrepancies. The role will involve ensuring compliance with company policies and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.The ideal candidate will possess: Strong skills in invoicing, account reconciliation, and financial record-keepingBe proficient in dealing with a Dealer Management SystemHave effective time management and organisational abilities, with attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with colleagues and external stakeholdersPossess the ability to work collaboratively in an office environmentExperience in working with Plant Machinery would be a distinct advantage Please submit your CV for immediate consideration.
