As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food and Beverage experiences for our guests.As our next Food and Beverage Supervisor, youProvide guidance and support to the Food and Beverage team, helping them to achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives.Are responsible for ensuring the Food and Beverage outlet/s run efficiently and that customers are satisfied with the quality of food, drink and service they receive.Give attention to detail, ensuring that that the work environment is a safe, pleasant and well-maintained space.Are involved in daily financial administrative tasks, stock management and end of month reporting.Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food and Beverage Operations teamSupervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintainedLiaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.Qualifications

Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beveragePrevious experience in a similar leadership role is an assetStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by exampleExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and team membersProven ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environmentAdditional Information
