The role is an office based client facing, project based role, focused on the post order stage of installation projects. It requires excellent B2B customer service skills and experience-this is the key skill for this position. The majority of the role will be hands on project controller activities but you will also act as the first point of escalation for more junior members of the team and help review their work at scrum meetings.
