Role Overview Trigon Recruitment is seeking an experienced, motivated Employment Specialist Team Leader to lead a high-performing Individual Placement and Support service across West London. This is a key leadership opportunity for someone who can embed IPS fidelity, inspire Employment Specialists and drive sustainable paid employment outcomes for people facing complex barriers to work. As Employment Specialist Team Leader, you will provide day-to-day leadership, supervision and coaching to a team of Employment Specialists, ensuring the service is person-centred, outcomes-focused and consistently aligned with IPS best practice.
