Head of Information Technology (IT)/Change Management Birmingham (on site 5 days) Salary £90,000 + Job Purpose The Head of IT will strategically design, develop, and manage our entire IT infrastructure, applications, and security framework. This role requires a hands-on leader who can seamlessly translate business ambitions into scalable technical solutions, ensure absolute system uptime, and foster a security-first data culture. You will manage the IT budget, oversee key vendor relationships, and lead a high-performing technical support and infrastructure team.
