We''re recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Night Maintenance Engineer to join a successful food manufacturing business investing in its people, equipment and continuous improvement. Working a fixed Monday to Friday late shift (16:00-02:00), you''ll enjoy a consistent routine with your weekends free while supporting a modern, automated production facility.

You''ll be responsible for ensuring production runs efficiently by:

• Responding quickly to electrical and mechanical breakdowns.
• Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
• Fault-finding across conveyors, automated production and packaging equipment.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and engineering projects.
• Maintaining the highest standards of health and safety, including Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Engineering.
• Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship.
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
• Manufacturing, FMCG or food production experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Welding experience (MIG/TIG/ARC) is advantageous.
• PLC fault-finding experience would be beneficial but isn''t essential.
