Key Responsibilities: As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), your daily duties will include: Providing class cover and supporting teaching activities across the school. Leading small group interventions and 1-1 support to enhance student learning outcomes. Assisting with planning and delivering lessons, including phonics and maths support, in collaboration with the class teacher. Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and motivating learners to achieve their potential.
