The Role You will be part of a dedicated duo providing 2:1 support. Your primary focus will be: Promoting Independence: Assisting with daily life skills, from household tasks to accessing community activities. Proactive De-escalation: Because the individual can become heightened, you must be confident in using de-escalation techniques to ensure safety and maintain a calm atmosphere.
